For NBA All-Star week The Hovercraft team converted a warehouse in SLC into a multi-sensory immersive brand experience for Jordan. I was lead designer on a drill-based game that paired each user with a test shoe and corresponding athlete persona that complimented their playing style. Attendees took a quiz which perfectly paired them to one of the 4 players, allowing them to step in the shoes of their hero, and into a video game.
We built the UI to feel like a video game, as this was primarily used by kids 7-16 y/o. The game UI was coded and controlled by iPad inputs, and all attract screen content were pre-made animations showcasing what to expect from the experience.
